Terms and Conditions of Use- Refer a New Client and Receive a £50.00 Love2Shop Voucher.

Disclaimer: from time to time these terms may change and it is the responsibility of the referring party to read these and ensure they are happy prior to receiving any referral amount or voucher. This offer may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice or consultation.

Definitions

Love2Shop voucher for the referrer making the referral subject to and in accordance with these Terms & conditions (the “offer”).

“We” or “Us” references the team at Proddowmackay.law as a trading style of PM Law Limited. PM Law Limited is a law firm registered address PM House, 250 Shepcote Lane, Tinsley, Sheffield, S9 1TP, 0114 296 5444. PM Law Limited is private limited company under registration number 05455941 in England and Wales. PM Law Limited is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority www.sra.org.uk (SRA number: 421374).

“You” the Referring Party, who has completed the above form and had this approved by the Operations Manager at proddowmackay.law.

“The Client” the Referred Party

“Signed Up” a client becomes signed up with proddowmackay.law at the point where in which they have accepted our quote and terms of service, completed ID checks and completed our Anti-Money Laundering Processes.

What is the offer

• Where referrals result in Us gaining a new client, that was previously unknown to US, due to the Referred Party agreeing to our quote, signing up to our Terms of Business and putting funds on account, You will receive a Love2Shop Voucher to the value of £50.00 (the “Offer”)

How the offer works

• You will be required to give the client your name this is in order for us to know you, personally, have referred them.
• The client will need to give us your name prior to the instruction to act on their behalf.
• We will perform a check to make sure the client is not known to us.
• We will send The Client a quote.
• If The Client signs up to our services we will send you your £50.00 voucher within 30 days.

Offer Conditions

• Referrals must result in Us gaining a new client which was previously unknown to Us.
• You must be signed up to the scheme, you can start this process by completing the form above.
• The Client must sign up fully to our services
  • Sign Terms of Business
  • Put funds on Account
  • Provide Source of Funds
  • Giftor Details
  • Allow us to carry out ID Checks

• The Client must not miss any part of the Terms and must not request a refund.
• If The Client is identified as being, or has previously been, a client of Us then the referral Offer is not applicable.
• By choosing to take advantage of this Offer, both You and The Client acknowledge consent to the data provided being used by Us for the purpose of fulfilling the conditions of The Offer.
• The Offer is subject to The Client meeting our Risk Criteria.

The Love2Shop Voucher

• Each Love2Shop voucher will be subject to its own Terms of Business
• The Love2Shop voucher should be kept securely by the recipient. We will not be replacing any lost or stolen vouchers.
• The Love2Shop Voucher is non-transferable.
• No cash alternative will be offered.
