Harvey Harding

Managing Director

Harvey Harding

Harvey has worked in the legal profession for over 20 years and qualified as a solicitor in 2001. As Group Managing Director and part of the Executive Team, he is jointly responsible for formulating and delivering on the group strategy.

Harvey is an active charity fundraiser and has completed the London Marathon as well as the Ride London 100-mile cycle sportive and Swim Serpentine events.

Samantha Brett

Samantha Brett

Sam joined us in 2014 following the birth of her third child. Prior to this Sam had experience in team leadership and other customer service roles. She worked closely with Simon Proddow and started expanding her knowledge of the conveyancing process.

Over the past 10 years, Sam was worked tirelessly to ensure client satisfaction and through this hard work was promoted to Operations Manager.  Having taken this journey and working so closely with house builders, estate agents and other key clients, Sam truly knows what is important in the conveyancing process and prides herself on being available should she be needed by a client or by a team member.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys short breaks in Europe, spending time with her family and once cycled from London to Brighton, raising over £2,000 for the British Heart Foundation all whilst wearing a red tutu.

Bimpe Gureje

Bimpe Gureje

Bimpe has been with us since October 2021 and has over 20 years post qualification experience.

Bimpe’s role is made up of conducting property transactions for residential property from the initial consultation all the way to completion with communicating, queries and collaborating with the team to ensure the best possible service for the client in between. 

Bimpe is a team player, working with everyone to ensure a smooth transaction for the client, and is often mentoring other team members on how to undertake processes.

Outside of work Bimpe enjoys travelling and reading.

Jenni Richards

Jenni Richards

Jenni has been with us since 1996. Before, Jenni worked for a building firm, working closely with clients. She then joined us as an audio typist in the Conveyancing department. Jenni then enrolled on a conveyancing course and was promoted to a Sale Property Lawyer.

Jenni works across all areas of a sale transaction including responding to enquiries and communicating them with buyers solicitors.

In her spare time, Jenni really enjoys crafts, especially cross-stitching.

Wendy Andrews

Wendy Andrews

Wendy has an impressive legal career, spanning over 25years, with 15 of those specialising in residential conveyancing. 

Her core role is made up of all aspects of both sale and purchase matters, including both freehold and leasehold transactions. She also deals with shared ownership properties. 

Wendy works effectively, focusing on using modern and personal approach to ensure her clients complete as quickly as possible and feel supported by her every step of the way.

In her spare time, Wendy loves spoiling her Ragdoll cat (Luna-Lou) and travelling the world sampling the finest food and drinks the place has to offer.

Sarah Yeats-Brown

Bringing over two decades of conveyancing experience since 2001, Sarah proudly joined proddowmackay.law in 2022. Specialising in post-completion work, she ensures seamless title registrations. As a dedicated and loyal team member, she thrives on effective communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Sarah’s passion extends beyond the office—she’s an avid traveller with a love for mountainous landscapes. As a snowboard enthusiast, alpine life and cuisine hold a special place in Sarah’s heart. Clients are invited to join them in finalising their conveyancing journey with the dynamic and friendly team at proddowmackay.law.

Ella Nealon

Ella Nealon

Ella joined us at proddowmackay.law in August 2022 shortly after completing her LLB.

In her role as a Conveyancing Legal Assistant she assists property lawyers in preparing sale contracts, responding to enquiries and also supports purchase transactions. Ella works hard to ensure estate agents, mortgage brokers and also clients are fully up to date of their transaction.

She takes pride in being able to support her clients in what can be a stressful time, going above and beyond to make them feel at ease. Ella works proactively to ensure files are progressed as quickly as possible.

Outside of work, Ella is a keen baker, that is when she is not out walking her dog.

William Holloway

William Holloway

William joined the team in 2023 after a gap year travelling the world.

In his primary role, Will is responsible for onboarding clients including carrying out due diligence and sending client care packs, ensuring the property lawyer has all the information they need.

Will is a diligent team working trying hard to help the property lawyers progress cases through. And he prides himself on giving clear and up to date information to clients.

Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with family and enjoys growing vegetables with his mum in the summer months.

Areeba Khalid

Conveyancing Legal Assistant

Areeba Khalid

The newest member of the team, Areeba joined us at the beginning of the year and is currently undertaking her LPC, set to complete in 2024.

Areeba is a key contact at the beginning of either a sale or a purchase and sets clients onto our case management system, produces initial client documentation and carries out due diligence too. Further she completes admin tasks and works closely with other solicitors and estate agents, ensuring clear communication.

Areeba understands the stress a house purchase or sale can put on a client and does everything she can to ease this. 

Areeba plans to qualify as a solicitor in her future. 

Outside of work, Areeba is a keen traveller and enjoys film.

Ranjit Siddle

Ranjit Siddle

Ranjit qualified as a solicitor in 2005 after initially undertaking criminal defence work and qualifying as a duty solicitor in 2006.

Ranjit represents clients in relation to all aspects of family law; from divorce and financial matters to Children Act matters.

Outside of work, she finds joy in socialising with friends and family, keeping fit through long walks, exploring new foods as a self-proclaimed foodie, and spending quality time with her daughter.

Richard Helsby

Richard Helsby

Richard started his current role in December 2020 having previously been responsible for the litigation department in Proddow Mackay. He’s been with the PM Law Group for over 25 years.

Richard is a lifelong Liverpool fan and is a keen runner having completed the Leeds Marathon.

Tim Halksworth

Tim Halksworth

Tim joined the business in 2000 and, further to qualifying as a solicitor in 2004, he subsequently became a Director.

Tim’s expertise and experience in brain and head injury claim work has been recognised by Headway, the leading brain injury charity, as a member of the Headway Solicitors Directory.

Outside of his busy work life, Tim likes to keep active, exercising and travelling regularly when possible. He also enjoys relaxing by reading or cooking.

Simon was admitted as a Solicitor in May 2002 and joined to complete his training. Since then, he has been committed to delivering exceptional legal services to his clients.

Simon is a highly skilled and compassionate solicitor, specialising in representing injured parties in the recovery of damages resulting from the negligence of another party.

Jennifer Walker

Jennifer Walker

Jennifer is a senior solicitor with 20+ years pre and post-qualification experience in employment and discrimination law. She attained a first-class law degree and has worked at several high-profile law firms. Jennifer has spent her career conducting high-value and complex cases on behalf of clients.

Jennifer has a very client-centred approach and she always prioritises her clients’ best interests.

 

Samantha Ibrahim

Dispute Resolution Team Manager

Samantha Ibrahim

Samantha started as a legal secretary in dispute resolution in 1997 and became a Paralegal in 2000. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in September 2003 and has practiced civil litigation for her entire career. Samantha then became a supervisor in August 2004 and has managed a team of experienced lawyers since 2018.

Sam loves travelling and spending time with her family. 

Helen Laycock

Litigation Executive/Landlord and Tenant Specialist

Helen Laycock

Helen began working in the legal industry in 1995. She qualified to practice Cilex in 2020 and is now finalising her higher-level Cilex diploma in law to attain higher practice and advocacy rights.

When she’s not helping clients through landlord and tenant disputes, Helen enjoys hiking and generally being outdoors. She also loves reading, watching Formula 1 and rugby as well as experimenting in the kitchen.

Toni Cheetham

Wills and Probate Executive

Toni Cheetham

Toni has years of experience in all areas of wills, trusts and probate. She’s been a Private Client Fee Earner since 2018.

Toni’s areas of expertise covers wills, probate and estate administration, tax, succession planning and trust advice. She works closely with other firms within the PM Group assisting in Private Client Advice.

Outside of work, Toni loves long walks with her Tibetan Terrier watching ice hockey. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends over good food.
