Free Wills T&Cs

Definitions:

“We” or “Us” references the team at PM Law Limited, this is inclusive of its trading styles, including but not limited to: proddowmackay.law, Barrett and Co Solicitors and John M Lewis & Co.

“You” refers to the person making the Will and accepting the offer of a “Free Will”

“Free Will” references this offer, it covers the cost of writing one “Simple Will”

“Simple Will” refers to the service of creating a legally binding will that does not require any complex servitude such as setting up a trust. “Simple Wills” are suitable for a number of people, we can offer a more complex service, however there is a charge for doing so, please speak with your legal professional who will advise in this instance.

  1. These terms and conditions govern the provision of the free simple will writing service (“Free Will”) offered by proddowmackay.law, a trading style of PM Law Limited registered in England and Wales under registration number 05455941, with registered office at PM House, 250 Shepcote Lane, Tinsley, Sheffield, S9 1TP (“us”).
  2. By accepting the “Free Will” service you are bound to these terms and conditions.
  3. This service is exclusivlely available to adults over the age of 18 who have a permanent address in England or Wales. We are only able to offer our Will writing service to those who have the capacity to do so, if at any point our Will writers have concerns about your capacity this service will be withdrawn.
  4. You are only able to accept a “Free Will” for yourself. Further this offer covers one “Simple Will”
  5. This service does not cover a mirror will.
  6. This service does not cover a codicil.
  7. The service does not cover creation of lasting power of attorney.
  8. Our legal professionals will draw up the will based on information provided by yourself, it is your responsibility to ensure this document is correct to the best of your knowledge.
  9. This offer may be withdrawn at any time, or the terms may be updated, it is your responsibility to review these terms prior to accepting this offer.
