Our Referral Scheme

We are proud to be able to offer high levels of service to all our conveyancing clients, and love working with a number of existing referrers. At proddowmackay.law we offer a comprehensive referral scheme to benefit both the agency and the agent who is doing the referral.

Every Instruction- Every time a client instructs us from your referral you will receive a £50 Voucher.

Every Quarter- The top referrer for the quarter will be awarded with a £1,000 voucher.

Individuals need to complete the form below, this will log the agent on our system, this must be accepted by the Operations Manager to enable us to issue vouchers. Terms and conditions apply.

We are proud to work with a number of local Estate Agencies.

For every completion we offer up to £200 direct to your agency paid at 30 days EOM.

Definitions

Love2Shop voucher for the referrer making the referral subject to and in accordance with these Terms & conditions (the “offer”).

“We” or “Us” references the team at Proddowmackay.law as a trading style of PM Law Limited. PM Law Limited is private limited company under registration number 05455941 in England and Wales. “You” the Referring Party, who has completed the above form and had this approved by the Operations Manager at proddowmackay.law.

“The Client” the Referred Party

“Signed Up” a client becomes signed up with proddowmackay.law at the point where in which they have accepted our quote and terms of service, completed ID checks and completed our Anti-Money Laundering Processes.

What is the offer

• Where referrals result in Us gaining a new client, that was previously unknown to US, due to the Referred Party agreeing to our quote, signing up to our Terms of Business and putting funds on account, You will receive a Love2Shop Voucher to the value of £50.00 (the “Offer”)

How the offer works

• You will be required to give the client your name this is in order for us to know you, personally, have referred them.
• The client will need to give us your name prior to the instruction to act on their behalf.
• We will perform a check to make sure the client is not known to us.
• We will send The Client a quote.
• If The Client signs up to our services we will send you your £50.00 voucher within 30 days.

Offer Conditions

• Referrals must result in Us gaining a new client which was previously unknown to Us.
• You must ensure your Manager/ Head Office is in agreement with The Offer.
• You must be signed up to the scheme, you can start this process by completing the form above.
• The Client must sign up fully to our services
  • Sign Terms of Business
  • Put funds on Account
  • Provide Source of Funds
  • Giftor Details
  • Allow us to carry out ID Checks

• The Client must not miss any part of the Terms and must not request a refund.
• The Offer will be applied at the end of each month and will be irrespective of any new business from The Client.
• If The Client is identified as being, or has previously been, a client of Us then the referral Offer is not applicable.
• By choosing to take advantage of this Offer, both You and The Client acknowledge consent to the data provided being used by Us for the purpose of fulfilling the conditions of The Offer.
• The Offer is subject to The Client meeting our Risk Criteria.

The Love2Shop Voucher

• Each Love2Shop voucher will be subject to its own Terms of Business
• The Love2Shop voucher should be kept securely by the recipient. We will not be replacing any lost or stolen vouchers.
• The Love2Shop Voucher is non-transferable.
• No cash alternative will be offered.

What is the competition

• When referrals are made to us over a Quarterly period each estate agents referral will be logged onto our conveyancing system. Once you reach a minimum of 30 referrals within the Quarter you will be added to the draw and the highest referrer will win the vouchers. Our business quarter run: 1st January- 31st March, 1st April- 30th June, 1st July- 30th September, 1st October- 31st December.

• The referrals you refer will be allocated to the quarter in which they complete regardless of date of referral.

Eligibility to Enter

• You will only be entered into the competition after you have referred a minimum of 30 clients, and they have all signed up with us.
• By entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and that you are eligible to receive any prizes that are rewarded to you.

Data Protection

• You agree that any information you provide when entering the competition will be used by Us for the purposes of administering the competition.
• All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing (email)
• For the purpose of marketing across our print material, website, social media, you will be invited to opt in to disclosing your name, place of employment and likeness. This may withdrawn at anytime by contacting marketing@proddowmackay-group.com

Offer Conditions

• You must send us a minimum of 30 referrals per quarter.
• You must ensure your Manager is in agreement with the Competition.
• The clients must complete their transactions.
• By choosing to take advantage of this Competition you acknowledge consent to the data provided being used by Us for the purpose of fulfilling the conditions of the Competition.
• We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value if circumstances beyond our control require Us to do so.
• We reserve the right to withdraw The Offer at any time, without prior notice or consultation.

The Holiday Voucher

• Each voucher will be subject to its own Terms of Business
• The voucher should be kept securely by the recipient. We will not replacing any lost or stolen vouchers.
• The Voucher is non-transferable.
• No cash alternative will be offered.
